First of all, we dont recommend using the expiry date feature of Plesk as otherwise, you shall have your own system to increase that time for your client web hosting ac management as a Plesk reseller ac holder.
If any web hosting ac already expired in Plesk the following steps are mentioned below:
- Login to Plesk Reseller / Admin ac > Subscriptions > Search for the web hosting ac which is expired
- Now click on the left side "Customize" option screenshot at https://p23.p4.n0.cdn.getcloudapp.com/items/rRu1GzqW/421b8796-33a9-4d6f-b14d-b5cab3bcb3bd.jpeg?v=9a626ac6d2ab0f60bb63359bbc620acb
- If you don't see that option of Customize make sure you click on the left slide bar icon to make sure that 3rd column is visible in Plesk screenshot at https://p23.p4.n0.cdn.getcloudapp.com/items/5zuLBOep/b2b2588e-2939-4fdb-8b82-817b743b169f.jpeg?v=65cae08f10624e938e7c428a6cee4c5e
