Many times it has been noted that customer think since the domain name is purchased with us thus they shall contact us Webji for dns management however the same is not true specially if your dns are not hosted with us and is hosted elsewhere.

Q. 1: What do you mean dns are hosted else where?
A: This means your domain name is having some 3rd party nameservers on it. If that is the case you need to contact your nameserver provider company for any dns management as your dns are not hosted with us.

Q. 2: What if I have discontinued service with current nameserver provider?
A: In that case you shall contact your new web hosting provider and ask them to provide you their web server's nameservers and those nameservers you can update in your domain name to host your website with new web host.

Q. 3: But my new provider dont offer any nameservers?
A: In that case you need to update your domain nameservers to required nameservers of our domain name provider > Host dns with us > Then share us list of all dns zone and our team can help onetime for dns setup or can share you exact steps to manage dns from our panel. However kindly note for that we need to update nameservers to required nameservers of our server that mean any existing dns zones will be removed.
