Step by Step to send a newsletter using bulk email panel:

• Always make sure to use the exact same email ID you provided at the time of AC setup to send any newsletter, as the system will not allow you to send emails from any other ID than the one you approved at the time of AC setup.
• When making/designing a template, make sure that you have the postal address and unsubscribe tags in the code; please note that to comply with the spamming issue, it is mandatory that you have the correct address, contact info and automatic unsubscribe link option to your newsletter receivers. So that is not optional, as we dont allow spamming from our network.
• If your account has a more than 2% bounce rate, the system may not deliver your mailer and may result in a bulk email account suspension, as any attempt to spam is not allowed. Thus, always make sure to send a newsletter to only validated email lists. Feel free to contact our team at support@webji.services in case you want to have your email list verified. A reasonable fee (for resources) needs to be paid per extra validation request. 
• Never used scrapped or purchased databases, most of them may only result in spamming TOS violation or account suspension/termination. If you have any doubts, feel free to discuss them with us at support@webji.services. We will be happy to help you as much as we can & is related to our services.

The terminology of bulk email control panel system:

Email List - Group of email IDs or the database to which you want to send the newsletter. So your list of email receivers goes to the email list. Campaign - Each time you send an email to an email list or group of email IDs, it is called a campaign. Based on your purchased package limits, you can create and send email campaigns.
